A human dot matrix printer?

The artist David Bayo has been called that after it was revealed how he creates his incredible works of art...literally by making dots...millions of them. Bayo recently revealed his latest masterpiece, “Astree”, which contains about 3 million individual dots. That’s about 300 hours worth of dots. Davis is a self-taught illustrator. Obviously with a lot of time on his hands...

Will a revolutionary new golf ball "kill the game?"

A revolutionary new golf ball is causing quite a stir in the golfing world. Golf has always been one of the sports codes in which much technological advancements were made. Just looking at the clubs and drivers available today versus even a few decades ago, it is obvious that golf has embraced technology...but have things gone too far? A brand new golf ball, infused with grapheme and using Nobel Prize technology will, according to many in the golfing world, “kill the game”.

At issue is the extra distance that these ball travel per shot. Some pro’s have been using them already, like Sergio Garcia, and he was hitting on average 19 yards further per shot on the same golf course versus his distances with a conventional golf ball. Similarly, world number one Dustin Johnson came within six inches of a hole-in-one when he hit a monster 433-yard drive on a par four at a tournament in Hawaii last month. So, is this ball making the game too easy?

Selling cookies outside a shop that sells Weed should be commended...Not Questioned!!!

The San Diego Girl Scout council is looking into whether a scout who was photographed selling cookies outside a marijuana dispensary broke any rules.

Officials were trying to identify the girl and talk to her family because she was in a commercial area, which is not allowed, council spokeswoman Mary Doyle said in an email Monday.Urbn Leaf posted a photograph of the girl on Friday outside the shop that sells medical and recreational marijuana and invited customers on its Instagram account to come get some Girl Scout cookies.

The girl — wearing her green vest of badges — is clutching boxes of cookies outside the front doors of Urbn Leaf in the photo, which was widely shared on the internet.

Urbn Leaf founder, Will Senn, said the girl was with her parents and was just passing by with her wagon. He said he likes to support local fundraising efforts.

“Cannabis is now legal in California and a direct result of that is the munchies a lot of times,” he joked.
