SHOCKING STATISTICS ABOUT CHANGING A CAR TYRE
A survey conducted by tire company Continental has some pretty sad news when it comes to women and tyre knowledge. Here are some findings...
- One in three women don't know how to change a flat tyre -- only 4% of men don't know how.
- 4% of women don't know where the spare tyre is located. Come on ladies, you’re better than that!
- 33% of women call their significant other after getting a flat tyre before calling a tow service -- 73% of men change their own tires.
Here is a link taking you to a video filmed by Radiowave on a Radiowave vehicle showing you how to change a tyre.

LIZE EHLERS INTERVIEW
Lize Ehlers was in studio to talk about her new album, which will be a live album and not produced in the studio. We also played her single 'Everything Happens for a Reason' which is the main song from the movie of the same name. She has also been nominated for a Namibian Annual Music Award in the category 'Best Non Album Single' for the song Uyelele! SMS: BSNA1 to 66262. Her favourite vegetable : RADISH...that is pretty random. I expected her to say a potato or something to that effect.

MASZANGA AND THEIR 9 NOMINATIONS OUT OF THE NAMAS 2013
Last year the band PDK withdrew from the NAMAS because they felt the the NAMA awards organizers had already decided that we are not good enough, so the decided that they were not going to participate but now THIS year it’s the band MasZanga who have withdrawn due to copyright problems. In a statement issued yesterday on the Nama’s official website, Tim Ekanjo noted ‘The decision from Triple Seven Records came as a result of internal differences between them and Maszanga and has nothing to do with the NAMA’s.’
One of the reasons for the split, Triple Seven explained that their motivation to take such drastic steps were informed by various reasons, including (1) their total loss of trust and respect shown by Maszanga towards the label.
In my opinion, this is of enormous disappointment to the music industry and to the band purely because they received 9 nominations and now, they will have nothing.
